Programs Offered

Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology – D.MLT

• 10+2 (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) from a recognised board
•  Minimum age: 17 years

Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science – B.MLS

• The candidate must have passed the Senior Secondary Examination (10+2) or its equivalent from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (Botany & Zoology) as compulsory subjects.
• Admission shall be granted based on merit obtained in the Senior Secondary (10+2) examination, in accordance with the applicable admission guidelines.
• The candidate must have completed 17 years of age at the time of admission or shall complete 17 years on or before 31st December of the year of admission to the first year of the undergraduate Allied and Healthcare programme.
• Lateral Entry (Direct Admission to Second Year/3rd Semester): Candidates who have completed a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) from a recognized institution with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks are eligible for admission to the Second Year (3rd Semester), subject to the applicable regulatory guidelines.

Master of Medical Laboratory Science – MMLS

• The candidate must have completed the Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science (B.MLS.) programme in regular mode from a recognized university.
• Admission shall be granted based on the entrance examination conducted, in accordance with the prevailing admission regulations.

Ph.D.

• The candidate must have completed a Master of Medical Laboratory Science (M.MLS.) from a recognized university with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks (or as prescribed by the applicable regulatory authority).
• Admission shall be granted based on the entrance examination conducted, in accordance with the prevailing admission regulations.
